Is tax included in the price?

No — all prices shown exclude tax. Applicable tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and added to the total.

When am I charged?

Your card is charged immediately when you complete checkout — the one-time website fee, ongoing upkeep, and Ads Management (if added) all bill together from day one.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. If something isn’t right, contact us at info@hontola.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I add Ads Management later?

Yes. Tick "Also add Ads Management" during checkout when buying a website package, or subscribe to it separately at any time from this page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available methods depend on your location and are shown automatically at checkout.

Do you work with businesses outside Finland?

Yes — we work with clients in Finland and worldwide. At checkout you can optionally add your company name and VAT/tax ID for a business invoice.

How long does a website take to build?

It depends on the package: Starter is ~1 week, Business ~2 weeks, Growth ~3-4 weeks, once we have your content and initial feedback.

Can I cancel Upkeep or Ads Management?

Yes — both are monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime. Email info@hontola.com and we’ll process it before your next billing date.

What if I need more pages than my package includes?

No problem — extra pages can be added for a one-time fee, or you can upgrade to a larger package. Just get in touch.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes — contact us and we’ll credit what you’ve already paid toward the difference.

Do you offer ongoing SEO beyond the basics?

The Growth package includes technical SEO setup at launch. For ongoing SEO work after that, contact us and we’ll put together a plan.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
